Junior High State Tournament Registration Information (registration due April 15)

This QR Code allows you to deposit registration fees for the tournament. 

Directly below the QR Code is a registration form to fill out in Contact Information.

You may also bring a check made out to "National High School Club Pickleball" to the tournament.

To register a team or player include: 

* School name, 

*player name or player/partner 

*event (s) 

*Level

For example: 

Blue Ridge - John Doe, men's singles - John Doe/Dave Doe men's doubles - John Doe/Jane Doe mixed doubles -

 Beginner.  Fee for John 50.00 (3 events)

Blue Ridge-Jane Doe/John Doe mixed doubles - Jane Doe/Kim Jones girls doubles beginner.  Fee for Jane 40.00 (2 events)

Blue Ridge - Kim Jones girls doubles Beginner. Fee for Kim 30.00 (1 event)

In doubles teams are assigned to the higher level if players are mixed. Example: Intermediate/beginner = Intermediate.
